An integration connects one of your SaaS tools directly to Corma, so Corma automatically pulls users, licenses, roles, and activity from it, no manual entry needed. Corma can also detect apps without an integration (via your IdP, browser extension, or desktop agent), but that data is only indicative; with an integration, it's deterministic, pulled straight from the tool's own records.
In Corma, integrations live on the Connectors page. Each connector lists what it reads (the data Corma pulls in) and what it writes (the changes Corma can make in the app).
Beyond syncing data in, integrations can also make changes in your tools from Corma, instead of you logging into each one. These are called writes: for example creating an account, revoking access, adding someone to a group or resetting a password. Each connector has its own writes, depending on what the app allows.
Corma connects to your apps in four ways: through the app's official API (Native API), through an API you set up with a key or token (API), through an AI agent that works in a browser session when no API is available (Agent), or through an agent you trained yourself with the Automation Builder (Custom agent). All four work the same way from your side once connected.
Each connector card shows a status:
Connected: the connector is set up and working.
Invalid credentials: Corma can no longer sign in to the app. Click Reconnect and enter new credentials.
Needs configuration: the connector needs more settings before it can run.
Available: Corma supports this app, but it isn't connected yet.
Unavailable: this connector can't be connected right now.
The Errors badge next to "All connectors" shows how many connectors need your attention.
Corma connects to 100+ tools, grouped into five categories. The names match the Category filter on the Connectors page.
🔐 Identity providers: your company directory. Corma reads your users, groups and the apps people sign into through SSO, including shadow IT you didn't know about, and can create accounts or revoke access.
💲Finance and accounting: your software spend. Corma reads expenses from your finance tools to spot unused or duplicate subscriptions before renewals.
𖨆 Human resources: your employee data. Corma reads employees, teams, managers and job details so joiners, movers and leavers are picked up automatically. Most HR connectors only read.
⚡️SaaS and AI applications: the apps your teams use every day, like Slack. Corma reads who holds a license and, where the app provides it, when they last used it, and can create accounts or revoke access.
🎫 IT management (ITSM): your ticketing tools, like Jira Service Management and Siit. Corma keeps them in sync with your app and user data.
