This guide provides you with expressions being used inside Corma so you always know what's going on on our platform!
We do our best to keep our terms simple and easy to understand but sometimes things can get a bit technical ;)
Within Corma, each app is linked to:
Active users: Number of users who have had an activity of any kind on the app
A status: Authorized, Tolerated, To review, Unauthorized. See more details on the dedicated table below.
A group: A collection of apps bundled for specific teams or roles (e.g., standard bundle for new hires, sales team bundle, or department-specific tools)
An owner: The individual responsible for managing the app within the organization.
A source: How the app was added to Corma: Detected or synced via our extension, Added through an Identity Provider (IdP) or Manually added by an admin
An origin: Indicates if the app was already in Corma's integration list or manually added
A created date: The date when the app was added to Corma
Note: apps can be deleted. Deleting an app permanently removes all related data (including its users, licenses, and usage history) within Corma only. This action has no effect on the app or its data outside our platform.
An individual who has been granted access to an app.
Within Corma, each user is associated with the following attributes
A context: indicates whether the user is currently undergoing onboarding or offboarding
An IdP status: Reflects the user’s current state within your Identity Provider (IdP). These statuses are fully synchronized with the IdP. Provisioned, Active, Suspended, Archived, Deprovisioned, Unknown.
A Start date: Date when the user’s employment contract begins
An End date: Date when the user’s employment contract ends
A HR Status: Employed, Terminated, Upcoming, Unknown. See more details on the dedicated table below.
Licenses: List of applications for which the user holds a license
Extension: Indicates whether the Corma extension is actively retrieving data for this user: No Data (never fetched), No Recent Data (No data fetched in the last week), or Live Data (currently being fetched)
A contractual right that allows an individual to access a platform
Within Corma, each license is linked to the following attributes:
An app: the specific app or platform to which the license grants access
A user: the individual assigned to the license
A type: The category of the license (eg. Standard, Premium, Business/Enterprise, Freemium)
A role: The level of access or permissions associated with the license (E.g., Admin, Editor, Viewer)
Usage: Tracks both license usage (how the professional license is actively utilized by the assigned user) and activity (any interaction with the app, with or without a company-managed license)
A status: indicates whether the user’s attributed access shows recent activity (Active) or no recent activity (Inactive) within a defined threshold.
A source: The origin of the license (Integration, IdP provider, Manual creation)

Tolerated | App status | An app which is not official but tolerated to be used by users. Users using a tolerated app will not receive notifications on their browser when using those apps (in the case where the admin have activated the browser notifications in the settings) |

Unauthorized | App status | An app that should not be used by any member of the company. Users will be notified instantly if they try to use this app on their browser (if browser notifications are activated in settings) |
