Enable Microsoft Teams notifications on Corma

An admin access to Microsoft Entra and Microsoft teams is required to connected this integration

How it works

Cormie can be installed on Microsoft Teams and, once installed, will send notifications directly on Teams automatically. For instance, when an access review is launched and you have review tasks to perform.

Setup instructions

1. Go to Settings > Notifications > Teams > Connect

2. Complete the Oauth flow that was prompted inside Corma app
   
   (If you’re coming from Corma settings and were redirected here, then this is already done)

3. Download the Corma Teams app package

   Download the Teams app package by clicking here

4. In Microsoft Teams, go to Apps → Manage your apps → Upload an app → Upload a custom app and select the downloaded zip file.

5. Add the Corma bot (called Cormie) to the team(s) where you want to sync messages. Go to the team → Manage team → Apps → search for Cormie and add it.

6. You’re all set!

Current limitations

For now the Microsoft Teams notifications channel on Corma does not support commands to request access nor interactive notifications to validate tickets or approve requests. If this is an important feature for you, please reach out to us.
