The Requests Module helps you track and manage access requests across your organization. Whether it’s onboarding a new employee or handling standalone access requests, this module provides a centralized view of all pending and completed requests.

Access the Requests module by clicking on the dedicated page in the sidebar.

The All requests Tab provides a comprehensive view of every access request and removal within your organization.

Requests can be filtered by status, apps, user, IDP Status, License types, License roles, or Pending approver

Customize this view to a Kanban or a list, categorized by:

• To do

• Approval ongoing

• To provision

• Completed

• Declined

• Cancelled

Pending my approval tab

The Pending my approval tab focuses on requests that require your approval as an app owner. It enables you to quickly identify and act on requests pending your approval, by approving or declining requests.
