An integration connects one of your SaaS tools directly to Corma, so Corma automatically pulls users, licenses, roles, and activity from it, no manual entry needed. Corma can also detect apps without an integration (via your IdP, browser extension, or desktop agent), but that data is only indicative; with an integration, it's deterministic — pulled straight from the tool's own records.
Integrations come in two types — Native API and Agent-powered (used when a tool's API isn't available or accessible) — both work identically from your side.
Beyond syncing data in, integrations also let you take action from Corma — provisioning, deprovisioning, role changes, license revocations — instead of logging into each tool individually.
