List certificate authorities

List the certificate authorities the connector trusts. A device of the workspace logs in with a certificate one of them signed.

The identifier of the connector, as GET /connectors returned it, or the id of its connection. The kind.method form names the only connection of that integration; with several, it answers 409. Only a device management connector holds certificate authorities: any other connector answers 404.
