• License cost by team and country: understand how SaaS costs are distributed across your organization, broken down by team and geography

• Upcoming renewals timeline: a simple visual timeline of contracts coming up for renewal, so nothing slips through the cracks

• Savings tracker: yearly savings realized through Corma are now visible, calculated from revoked licenses and their unit cost

Better Microsoft Report API

Corma now uses Microsoft's latest API to track user activity across the full Microsoft 365 suite, providing more reliable and detailed usage data per user.

• Broader app coverage: activity is now tracked across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Yammer, giving a complete picture of Microsoft 365 usage

• More accurate last-activity data: the switch to a newer Microsoft API fixes gaps and inconsistencies in how user activity was previously reported

Teams managing Microsoft 365 licenses will get a clearer view of who is actually using which apps, making it easier to spot unused licenses and optimize spend.

FXBO Integration (Agent)

You can now integrate with FXBO using Corma’s Clicker Agent!

FXBO is a CRM and back-office platform built for forex brokers, centralizing client management, operations, and compliance. You can now:

• Collect licenses: Centralise FXBO users and licences in Corma

• Provisioning & deprovisioning: Automatically assign and revoke FXBO access directly from Corma to effortlessly manage your licenses use

• Potential savings column on contracts page: a new column now shows the total savings opportunity from unused licenses for each subscription, making optimization decisions faster.

• Office 365 global tracking: the Microsoft integration now tracks Office 365 as a unified product, complementing the existing per-app tracking for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Improved OCR accuracy: text recognition within the product is now faster and more accurate, reducing errors in contract and invoice processing.
