We’ve added a new decision option in Access Reviews! Reviewers can now choose Change Access alongside Maintain and Revoke.

Why it matters

Admins often need to modify access - such as license types or roles - rather than fully maintaining or revoking it. This update makes that possible, unlocking more flexible access review decisions and more precise, efficient license management.

How it works

• Reviewers select Change Access to request license type and/or role updates

• At least one change is required to submit

• A license modification task is created when the review completes
