We’re excited to introduce a new savings calculation method for expenses.

Savings are now calculated based on actual contract costs per license type, giving you a more accurate and realistic view of your potential savings. No more estimation - just precise, data-driven insights.

Total Savings = (Inactive Licenses + Spare Licenses) × License Type Cost

We've added a visual graph on the expenses tab of a specific app page to help you track and understand savings at a glance.

• 🟢 Green (Active Licenses): Licenses currently in use by team members

• 🟠 Orange (Inactive Licenses): Licenses assigned but not actively being used

• ⚪ Grey (Spare Licenses): Licenses included in your contract but not yet provisioned to any user

• 🔴 Red (Over-Provisioned Licenses): Licenses detected beyond the number of seats defined in your contract for that license type

This update makes it easier to:
