New: Split Activity vs Licenses

New: Split Activity vs Licenses

Corma just got better by improving data display, collection, accuracy, and overall quality, making it easier to see who’s using what and whether it’s linked to a company-managed license.

For more details please watch this video.

What's new

  • Activity includes all user interactions with an app, covering both:

    • Confirmed licenses: Based on strong signals, such as API integration or webhooks. These represent only verified, company-managed accesses.

    • Other detected activity: Based on weak signals, such as detection from audit logs (via password manager) or SSO/IdP connections. These show potential use but don't confirm that a company-managed license exists.

Together, these give you the full picture of activity across your workspace.

Where you'll see this change

  • Licenses page: overview of all confirmed, company-managed accesses

  • App page > specific app page: “Users” tab shows all detected activity, “Licenses” tab shows confirmed accesses

  • Users page > specific user page: “Apps” tab lists detected activity, “Licenses” tab lists confirmed accesses

Key Benefits

  • A more reliable, complete view of actual activity across your organization

  • A clear and accurate tracking of company-managed licenses
